Difference between the central and southern circuit

Difference between the central and southern circuit RTS (Any Pros or cons )

Difference between the central and southern circuits In terms of distance coverage by hiking RTS is 85 km in total while RMS central circuit has 65 Km in total for round trip.
There 2 major popular routes to make everyone enjoy climbing the famous mountain of the moon and those are the Central circuit run by the community and the southern rout know as kilembe trail (southern circuit). We have analyzed a number of pros and cons as destination expert who has hiked this beautiful mountain

Southern circuit known as the Rwenzori trekking service (RTS ), is a one-way route. When you’re going, you follow the same route in line with going and coming back. This is the same way the same route. Trail. While on the central circuit, you go can go clockwise you come out through the anti clockwise route. Meaning you’re exposed to all the beauty of the forest.

Kilembe trail is run and managed as a private organization by the Australian guy, all decisions are decided by the sole person while RMs (the central circuit is run as a community and managed by the entire community with all decisions having to be discussed and approved through a number of committee board members in otherwards Rms is a community-based organization.

Don’t forget that the other RTS , of course, note is owned by a foreigner. Where by all revenues go to one man’s pocket which is not the case with RMS (central circuit).

RMS. Its charges are a bit lower compared to the ones of RTS where in RMS we charge you a complete package of $1365 for the central circuit including margarita peak while RTS charges $1400 on to pf park entrance fees that are charged separately making it more expensive to go via the RTS trail.

With the southern circuit the guide is the chef but the RMS the group leaves with the private chef , Porters and this makes the guests have the trust in having a private chef that makes the trip more fun and enjoyable.

Rms has all the vegetation Zones, which makes the trail more fun and enjoyable to see all the beautiful mountain vegetation Zones with a number of attractions, while the RMS you get to see the 6 mountain vegetation zones while kilembe trail has no Bamboo zone.

RMS has the highest level of flexibility in the route whereby the RMS route you can make it in seven, five days to Margarita which you cannot do with the Kilembe trail(southern zone You need a nine days nine days. But with, uh, the central circuit it is done within seven days. Yes. If you use RHS, Services.

In Kilembe trail (RTS) You, you cannot access other Peaks like the portal peaks . Then also you cannot access, while with RMS you can see all the portal peaks like Tetra , Emin and Mount Gesi which is not the case with the southern circuit.. Yes. But with the central circuit, all Peaks are accessible.
]
RTS southern circuit has only 2 glacial lakes and that’s only lake kitandara while with the central circuit there more than 7 Gracial lakes, these include, lake mahoma , lake Bujuku, green lake , 2 lakes of kitandara , Irene lake ,

RTS southern circuit, you cannot submit Margarita without rupeeing, on RMS-Central circuit on the central circuit. Reason being, RTS joins the central circuit at Kitandara near gunswick point close to Kitandara in order to make it to the summit, while the central circuit is independent to make it to margarita

The central circuit is the only escape route from the mountain in case of any emergency whether you’re traveling with RTS or RMS, you will need the central circuit.

 If it happens that you you’ve got a problem in the mountain. De-entrospect is the outrage. The other side of the arts is uh is challenging. Yes, yeah. But in terms of training, it gives pressure courses.

RTS During the off season and they keep training on the ground. Then also they can send the team in the mountains for rock climbing, which is not being done by the scent that by the RMS people.
